UK Sponsor Finder

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-13

By using uksponsorfinder.com (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

UK Sponsor Finder is a free, ad-supported tool that lets you search the UK Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors (Workers) and SOC 2020 occupation codes together with their 2026 Skilled Worker salary thresholds. It is provided for information only.

2. Not legal or immigration advice

Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, financial, or other professional advice. UK immigration rules, salary thresholds, and sponsor licences change frequently. Always cross-check against the official GOV.UK guidance and, where appropriate, take advice from a qualified UK immigration adviser or solicitor regulated by the OISC or SRA before relying on any information for a visa application or recruitment decision.

3. Data sources and attribution

Sponsor records are reproduced from the UK Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors (Workers), published under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (“OGL”). We refresh the data daily but cannot guarantee that any given record is up to date at the moment you view it.

SOC 2020 occupation codes are reproduced from Office for National Statistics and Home Office publications. Salary thresholds reflect the published 2026 Skilled Worker rates and may be updated as the Home Office publishes revisions.

4. Acceptable use

5. Removal requests for sponsor records

The underlying data is public and is republished here under the OGL. However, if you are an authorised representative of a listed sponsor and believe a record is materially incorrect, defamatory, or has been removed from the GOV.UK register, please contact us via the Contact page including:

We aim to respond within 5 working days. We may decline requests that relate to public-interest information accurately reproduced from the official register.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, including loss of profit, business, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Third-party links and advertising

The site contains links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or services of third parties.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.
